The outdoor pool area is quite refreshing.
The hot tub was filled in with cement, really disappointing since I specifically chose this hotel for that amenity. The bathtub in my room was rusted and the water wouldn't drain, leaving me standing in water while trying to take a shower. I also had to make multiple trips back and forth to carry in my luggage because there were no carts available.

The room I had was nicely furnished and large with 2 beds and the staff was amiable. Location: the hotel was close enough to Pecos for work and the grocery store.

Seriously, front door sensors failing means security is a joke!!! Plus, a hot tub filled with cement? No luggage carts means you're hauling your bags like a pack mule!!! Get it together!!!

Awesome food, overall great place.
Simply no reason to complain, really nice stay. Everything was nice, amazingly nice staff, favourable location really close to Pecos for work, a restaurant, and the grocery store. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Brand-new & spacious room with a walk in shower and the bath tub, as for instance.

The front door sensors kept failing, so security was non-existent. The bathtub was rusted and the water wouldn't drain, so gross. Didn't expect to be treated like any other guest-where's my special treatment for this stress? I honestly almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds. The suite was clean, quiet, and had nice rooms. I appreciated that the beds were comfortable. The staff offered easy access to the highway. Breakfast selection was adequate 😊
